Information we access

With explicit authorization from the account owner, the app may access Google Ads / Local Services fields that Google returns for the connected account, including:

• Account and customer identifiers.
• Lead IDs, lead creation times, lead type, and lead status.
• Category and service identifiers.
• Contact phone number when Google returns it.
• Charged / credit status and related billing flags.
• Raw source payloads needed for audit and traceability.

How we use it

• Internal LSA reporting and source-data preservation.
• Matching and reconciliation with independently received shop call data.
• Management review, quality control, and auditability.

Storage and security

Data is stored in private OTG Core backend infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized staff, protected by access controls and encrypted transport, and governed by least-privilege principles.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Retention

Data is retained only as needed for internal operational reporting and audit, and is deleted or de-identified according to the organization's retention procedures. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, email rocco@chucksautorepair.com.

You can revoke this app's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google account permissions.
